Kin Design is a principal-led architecture and design studio based in Sandy, Utah, focused on multifamily housing, commercial, retail, interiors, and visualisation.
Led by Arthur Anderson, Kin combines direct principal involvement with flexible project management, BIM, production, and technical support to deliver thoughtful, practical design without the overhead of a large firm.
