Kin Design is a principal-led design studio based in Sandy, Utah, focused on thoughtful architecture, interiors, visualization, and project delivery.

Founded by Arthur Anderson, Kin brings experience across multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, commercial, residential, cultural, and destination projects. Arthur works directly with clients to turn complex ideas and constraints into clear, well-considered, buildable design.

Kin is intentionally structured around direct principal involvement, supported by a flexible team of project management, production, BIM, and technical specialists. This allows the studio to stay personal and responsive while bringing the right level of support to each project.

Kin is rooted in the idea that good design creates connection: between people, place, community, and the way we live and work.
