Arthur Anderson
Principal & Designer, Kin Design
Kin Design is a small, flexible architecture and design studio based in Utah.
The studio was founded by Arthur Anderson to provide thoughtful, collaborative design services with direct principal involvement from early ideas through project delivery.
Kin is intentionally lean. Rather than maintaining a large in-house team, the studio builds the right team around each project, drawing from trusted architects, designers, engineers, production support, visualization specialists, branding collaborators, and permitting / construction-phase resources as needed.
This allows Kin to stay responsive, efficient, and personal while still meeting the needs of complex projects.

About Arthur
Arthur Anderson is the founder and principal designer of Kin Design.
His work spans multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, commercial, residential, cultural, and destination environments. Across his career, Arthur has contributed to projects for national brands, cultural institutions, local businesses, and development teams.
Arthur's background combines architecture, graphic design, visualization, hand drawing, project management, and consultant coordination. His strength is helping clients move from loose ideas and complex constraints toward clear, visual, buildable direction.
Arthur believes architecture is ultimately about people. The best projects come from listening carefully, communicating clearly, and building trust through the process. Kin was created to bring that kind of direct, thoughtful, collaborative design experience to clients who value both creativity and practical execution.
02
Architecture
Kin works best with clients who value collaboration, clarity, and curiosity.
We care about the quality of the work, but also the quality of the process. Good design should feel imaginative, but it should also be organized, responsible, and useful.
We like complex problems. We like bringing the right people together. We like finding the idea that makes a project feel both grounded and possible.
